Our “Pet of the Month” for May is an adorable Persian cat, named “Neko”. Our little friend Neko has been into the Animal Clinic quite frequently over his 3 short years, due to urinary issues that can happen in male cats. He would become blocked and unable to urinate and his owners Allen and Dee would rush him into the Animal Clinic for emergency treatment! Eventually it became such a problem that Neko even had to have surgery to re-route his “plumbing”. Although his cute squishy face may look grumpy, Neko is an absolute sweetheart for his treatment here, and his owners tell us that he is a playful and loving guy who loves having photo shoot sessions at home. Congratulations on being ACTRI’s May pet of the month Neko, and we wish you nothing but comfortable trips to the litter box in the future!
